A few things
to know.
Is it really free to use?
Yes. Standard distribution has no upfront or subscription fee. 4TAKEOVER retains 15% of net royalties and you receive 85%. Separate label agreements may set different shares and funding terms.
Can anyone create an account?
You can create an account, but portal access requires whitelist approval. If your email isn’t approved yet, you’ll be directed to the access request form.
How quickly will my music be live?
You can submit a release instantly. We review it before delivery, and each platform has its own processing time. Contact us directly about an urgent release; store availability is never guaranteed to be instant.
What if I get a copyright claim?
Contact the owner with the release details and your rights evidence. We review issues individually rather than automatically closing your whole account for one claim. We still have to follow the law and platform requirements, including action for repeated infringement.
Can I get funding for a release?
Yes, you can ask about label backing for a track. Funding is reviewed per project and documented in a separate agreement with the budget, royalty split, and any advance terms shown before signing.
